hi,

we are deploying an application and i need to give grant of create any synonym on a user which is in another DB , i have created a db link and working fine, Now i have user RMS in DB1 and another user GTR in DB2, i want to give create and select synonym right to RMS on GTR , how can i do that, i have checked the net but didn't find the exact syntax kindly guide and any link of any document which help me out or exact syntax

Remote user has no privilege on local database.
Remote user inherits the privileges of the user that is declared in the db link it uses.
