PATH variable needs to contain $ORACLE_HOME/bin directory

Dear Sir,

As per my friends suggestion, OCR is not installed . First time I installed oracle 11g R2, only software for single instance.

In 11gR2, you need to install the Grid Infrastructure software before installing the RDBMS software.
It is the GI software that creates the OCR and creates and configures the ASM instance.
ASMCA is part of the GI install.
