I want to work in database Development like form and report building in 11g or 12c.
Please guide me that from where, i should take start and also suggest me the good books for beginners.

Well first of all, in my experience, Oracle Forms and Reports are on the way out as they are being supplanted by newer technologies. There are still jobs for Forms developers, and will be for some time, but it's not the area I'd suggest someone start their career with at this time.

If you are interested in database development, learning PL/SQL and/or Java would be the first step I'd recommend. You'd need PL/SQL to be a good Forms developer in any event. I'm not a Java developer myself, so can't make an educated recommendation there. However, if you want to learn PL/SQL, the first book I'd suggest reading is Oracle PL/SQL Programming by Steven Feuerstein and Bill Pribyl.
