If you have a FMB file (created with Forms 11g), can't you just open it in Forms 12c and recompile (and create a FMX)?

OK. I'm not familiar with what you use, but - if you do as I suggested (open the form in Forms 12c, recompile it & make sure it works OK), could you save it in XML format afterwards?

Compile and run fmx no problems. Convert to xml is no problems too; only convert back to fmb has error.

You probably need to talk to oracle support about this - looks like an actual bug in the conversion process.
